- Conditions
- Must remain in good standing (no terms-of-service violations)
- Status non-transferable
- “Lifetime” = lifetime of the Pyre platform
- If Pro tier never launches, status remains valid for any equivalent benefits

2. Founding Forge (Businesses)
- Reserved for
- First 25 verified business accounts that post their first challenge
- Status
- “Founding Forge #001–#025” — permanent company profile badge
- Lifetime benefits
- Featured placement for posted challenges
- Grandfathered pricing structure when paid plans launch
- Direct line to founder for product feedback
- Optional co-creator credit in case studies
- Conditions
- Must remain in good standing
- Status non-transferable across companies
- Pricing grandfather applies to platform fees, not operator rewards
- Featured placement subject to fair-rotation guidelines
3. Modification of terms
- Founding member benefits cannot be reduced after assignment
- Additional benefits may be added at any time
- Pyre reserves the right to revoke status only for verified abuse
